The "Center for Transboundary Cooperation – Saint-Petersburg” (CTC SPb) is an autonomous non-commercial organization that joined the BEF Group in 2005 to cooperate with BEF teams in implementing environmental projects focused on the North West of Russia. The organization has 6 regular staff members and 1-3 external experts invited on a project basis. All employees have university degrees in the fields of natural or environmental sciences and substantial working experience. Our aim is to foster inter-sectoral and cross-border cooperation for better environment.
